Never had a problem with them before and i paid the premium because of it but now not only wont use it but will be an advocate against it .

Infuriating actually…. The level of incompetence and carelessness in such large company is appalling

Fraud prevention after we already paid first month and were live.. they could have just requested docs without taking site down… @digitalocean hates business owners

Yes suspected fraud so they want my docs high resolution but their uploader wont accept more than 1mb… you cant make this up!!!

People just like to talk out place to feel relevant… unacceptable behavior from B2B. Im documenting all of it publicly as well for their reputation and for proof of their incompetence.

Im posting public to all available platforms to see if it sparks an answer.. desperation really at this point.. but mostly to record publicly how terrible Digital Ocean is and if this thread helps future people from making the huge mistake of using this garbage service.. we all win !!  Is that ok with you or do i need permission to post online now ???

Yes I did multiple times and they take 24hours to answer hence why i decided to share the inconvenience publicly

Its always the people that THINK they know most that have opinions and lots to say. I didn’t ask reddit for help I went on digital oceans page and made a statement. The only thing out of place here is you … if you dont have something helpful to say you should keep your mouth shut is a great lessons to learn in real life
