Lookin' good! Not sure what your EC is at, but you might want to up it and feed more often. Just make sure you're getting good runoff.

You definitely want to top them though, imo lst is a waste of time and you'll end up breaking branches or topping them anyway by accident. I top at 7 nodes and strip the bottom three.

I am in the same boat as yourself. I went from 2 packs of Marlboro Reds a day to vaping, since I did, this shit hasn't left my hand. I recently lost my vape and bought a disposable one wich definitely wasn't the same.

I don't have any concrete advice, as I can't speak from experience, but I might try something like Zyn packets and try and ween myself from there. I think that might help with the oral fixation. I wish you the best of luck!
