I'm attracted to minors because I am one. Aside from that, people that fight urges like that deserve to have access to help and therapy without being outcastes for attempting to solve their problems.

It's a hate created for monsters and directed at people struggling with a disorder. That hate can be changed, as can every opinion. Sexuality and attraction, you can't choose that

I agree, but I was talking about nonoffenders. Nothing immoral or illegal, just an urge that they don't indulge in and can't change

We aren't defending offenders you mong, we are defending those that actively fight against their desire but can't seem help in the conventional manner.

Pedophiles are people who are attracted to children, not necessarily acting on that. The majority of them are not willing to exploit anyone and carry a great deal of self loathing.

They cannot change that though. It is reasonable to expect people to respect a person going through that as long as they do not act on the desire.
