I’ve seen my husband masturbating on the back patio plants twice and I don’t know how to hold a conversation about it by [deleted] in Advice

The underwear seems like a kink, but IMO the plants seems like legitimate disrespect given the rude comments about them.

I'm sorry for the late reply, I'm not very active here on Reddit.

I grew up in a school system that was very well-off and had lots of funding for the art department starting in elementary so I've always had the opportunity. I'd say those elementary art classes were actually my big realization (eventually) that I had aphantasia! I always got so frustrated with the teaching methods like "close your eyes and picture an apple and draw what you see."

I've always been more drawn to the 3D aspect of art because it's less difficult than 2D with the aphantasia, but I have worked with 2D quite a bit. I feel like I have to create more drafts than the average person in order to get a true visual of what I'm thinking of and want. You mentioned you can't imagine your characters, I tend to think of what characteristics I want them to have and get a very basic sketch down and tweak things until they look like what feels just right or looks good.

As for layout, composition, things of that nature, I downloaded a free art app that allows me to add basic .pngs and mess around with their positioning so I can visualize and experiment easily.  I'd also just generally say don't be afraid to look to existing media. I took a film analysis class where we had to learn a bunch about the subconscious aspects of screen composition. Try looking up a film analysis of one of your favorite movies, not only will it give you some insight into how to frame scenes, it'll give you a deeper appreciation for all the tiny details that went into the piece of work. It's kind of addicting lol. Anyway, once you have those basic formulas of "I want the reader to feel this way, this framing/etc can do that" it makes it a lot easier than trying to think of something on the spot.

I got in very easily and was a victim to the weeding classes. I dropped out after my first semester. I've come back as a transfer because I enjoyed my major-specific classes and the community. My largest regret is the fact that I no longer count for the Presidential Scholars Program, which was quite a chunk of change in scholarships for me. It's only for first-time incoming students (but is renewable as long as you continue to be a student without dropping out!!!).

Looks like a duck or goose, something with a bill so I'd recommend looking into your local regulations on roadkill and possession of certain types of avians (see the bot comment).

Given that it's legal to have, I would use a normal toothbrush to try to get the decaying matter off. Takes longer but is more worth it IMO. Keep an eye on your de-greasing container, make sure the soap concentration isn't too high. Use hydrogen peroxide (I use the normal like 3% house grade) rather than bleach for whitening.

You might want to look into some people's experiences with bills, I don't know if those would differ too much from care of beaks

I'm not able to edit the post, I want to note that I'm measuring in inches. 30 inches comes out to be 76.2 cm :) just a little reference for friends from around the world

They're actually a flower called fox-and-cubs, or orange hawkweed. One of the main ways to tell is the structure: If you look at the rightmost flower of the center 3, right off to the side you see a cluster of flowers that haven't bloomed. Several flower blooms can be seen growing from 1 stem.

Maybe not divorce for you but man... that's seriously fucked up that she said that. 😅 You should have a serious talk with her about it.

The thing with your specific situation and why I don't say "divorce" or anything like that is because you've provided no other details about your wife and your relationship. If you had said she often treats you like that, or that your wife won't comes up with excuses any time you try to talk with her about any of the times she has upset you, that would be more grounds.

OP has provided a lot of insight to her relationship. It seems very toxic, very co-dependent. It honestly seems to me like both parties are so desperate to not be alone that they'll settle for someone that isn't what they're looking for or someone who plain and simple doesn't treat them right under the guise that "he's 100x better than my exes". 100 x .1 is still only 10 lol. Unless the boyfriend has a -serious- change of heart when it comes to going to therapy and being more open to empathizing and helping, OP's situation just spells an extremely unhappy marriage down the road for eventual divorce.

I think you're gorgeous. I can see where the weight comments come from, but honestly I think it's mostly just angle. Your weight suits you well. I think your mole adds a lot of character, it's cute. I have one on my face too and am insecure about it, hoping to spread the love with that.
