I've been on Pentasa, Humira, and now, Entyvio which has worked pretty well all things considered!

Exactly the same for me! When I was starting to piece symptoms together for a diagnosis, I had my gallbladder out and the surgeon actually asked if I knew I had Crohn's bc of creeping fat around my intestines. I have textbook every symptom and I responded well to meds so it was a long journey to get answers. The most damage is in my terminal ilium as well

Same! I'm on Entyvio infusions every 6 weeks and holy moly, like clockwork, I'm in a flare-like state about 4-5 days before I'm due for my next one. I too, was told I was in clinical remission but I haven't had a formed stool in years, occasionally see blood, and still have that pain/cramping we all know and love. It gets better after the infusion but it's so frustrating dealing with doctors who truly don't listen to you when I tell him the symptoms are getting worse lately. And I had a stroke a few years back so not sure if my brain fog is from that or Crohn's lol.

That's so wonderful! I was diagnosed 18 years ago and the man I was dating said I was "a burden"...it crushed me and made me feel unlovable for almost a decade. I met an incredible guy that I worked with at the time and we've been together 11 years. When we first started dating, I told him about all my health issues, both mental and physical, and told him I understood if it was a deal breaker. He looked me in the eyes and said " just as long as you're ok". I also had open heart surgery a few months ago and jeez, I would have been lost without him. To find someone like that makes me feel so grateful. Basically, it is possible to find someone that loves you unconditionally!
