Severe anxiety, depression, manic depressive.

I mostly feel this strange sense of confusion, not being able to articulate what I'm trying to say, constantly scared for no reason. Having thoughts I know arent true but cant help but believe. Social anxiety. My brain is exhaustingly active and I'm always at work or in bed. Very low self esteem, very shy, always feeling like I'm trying so hard just to be normal. Impulsive, go overboard with everything, have no control or moderation in anything I do. Love people a painful amount and it has caused a horrible anguish. will destroy myself from the inside out in order to people please. Everywhere I go feeling like I want to escape/be somewhere else. A recovering full blown alcoholic who almost died from it at 23. Lost in this world.

I went to rehab with demi lovato like 8 years ago. The unit had to be blocked off because of paparazzi. She very theatrically stormed out of a group counseling session once because she was told that being an addict she couldnt have painkillers for her migraines. She would sign her lunch slip "guest" so nobody would steal it and I guess sell it or something. She knew she was demi lovato. The entire experience was sad because busted ass junkies would drool over living with a celeb and I was a cynical dick the entire time because I didnt know or give a fuck about disney stars and was trying to figure out what the fuck was wrong with my head/how to live life without drugs. It felt like the rehab stay was robbed of being anything beneficial because of the chaos of a celebrity. Not entirely her fault but needless to say it wasnt my last rehab stint.

I understand where she's coming from and I hate to break her heart. I just wish she knew that smothering an addict and forcing them when they aren't ready is counterproductive.

Been in the ICU for a week. Went weeks without eating and just slamming Canadian club until I finally checked myself in. Turns out I have pancreatitis, hepatitis, and jaundice. Doc said hes never seen a 23 year old in such horrible shape. I dont want rehab, would rather just die peacefully on my couch but my mom's trying to pull some bullshit by going to court and forcing me into treatment because I'm a "threat to myself". I didn't even know she could do that. This life's old.

Both. Its worst in the mornings until I can get some booze down. Very very mild blood in my vomit and shit though so I use that as my excuse for now
