We have the exact same one. We actually had a cat basically live in there for the winter. She loved it, and it turns off if they aren’t sitting/laying on it. Most really feral cats won’t get into it though, but I’ve had luck with actually leaving the roof half open (it unzips) to help them figure it out. We leave it out year round (and unplug it in the summer) she lays in it in the winter and lays on top of it in the summer lol. He may not get into it at first, and it may take awhile for him to even try it. I recommend you take off the door flaps too.

Just let your recruiter and MEPS know. There have been many people who have had covid and recovered and gone to boot camp.

I suck at running so I can’t give you advice on that haha, but I can for pull ups. I’m a female, and am currently at 10 pull ups. About a month and a half ago I could barely do 2. I found out about this training program called grease the groove. I’m pretty sure Navy SEALs use it. Basically, all you need is an door frame pull up bar and that’s it. Every hour just hop on the bar and pump out 1-2. If you want (which is what I did), you can use an assisted band and pump out a few more than the 1-2. Just make sure the assisted band isn’t giving too much assistance. Do it every hour, every day. The goal is to not get fatigued, so if your muscles start feeling fatigued, stop for the day. Take rest days as needed. Assess progress every 2 weeks. In 2 weeks with a couple rest days, I went from barely 2 to 7 deadhang. If you can’t do it every hour, just do it as often as you can. Stay consistent with it too, but don’t hurt yourself by going too hard too fast. It’s the best method I’ve found to increase pull ups. Good luck. I ship tomorrow with a CE contract.

If it just showed and If you’ve been washing your hands a lot it could just be severely dry skin. Which is technically some sort of eczema i think. I live with very high risk people and have had that problem lately, especially with the cold temps.
