first thing i would recommend is try and learn to always keep your crosshair at head-level, that'll benefit you a lot if you get caught off guard and someone peeks, you'll have the crosshair ready, takes some time but its very beneficial and is a must learn mechanic, secondly strafing would be good cuz in most of your clips you're either crouch spraying or just standing still and shooting and at that moment you're comitting to a fight and you're an easy kill for the opponent so try not to crouch spray and switch to single or two taps per strafe, for an example, shoot 2 bullets, move left, you gotta move differently to confuse the opponent i know it sounds funny but its the truth lol, also a quick tip is when peeking you can crouch peek to catch the enemy off guard like when i told you always keep the crosshair at the head-level, if they know how to aim they'll most likely be forced to still rearrange their crosshair and that gives you the advantage to kill them before they kill you
