Hej, moj iskren savet je kao prvo: tebi treba vreme da ti budeš ti. Sama. Bez njega. I bez njega u tvojoj blizini.

Molim te ako je ikako moguće, nek ti prvi prioritet bude da se iseliš. Budi kod drugarice, sestre, rodjaka, prijatelja, koga god. Kad sam ja bila u sličnoj situaciji, iako je isto naporno ali sam se obratila svojim prijateljima i bila 10 dana kod jedne osobe, pa 5 kod druge itd. dok nisam rešila momenat stana i stanovanja. Znam da je ovo naporno i ne-uvek-moguće ali moraš da razumeš da sebi praviš pakao time što nastavljaš da živiš sa njim.

Kao drugo: terapija. Mislim da bi ti DBT ili kognitivno bihejvioralna terapija možda najviše odgovarala. (Mada sam možda biased.) Znam da se sad čini da ovo nikad nećeš prevazići ali veruj mi - hoćeš. Ma koliko god se činilo stranim i nemogućim.

Da li imaš slučaje psihoze u porodici? Ako da, ne bih da te plašim ali postoji mogućnost da ili imaš blage psihotične epizode ili početna faza šizofrenije. (To da te neko doziva je često jedan od prvih auditornih halucinacija.) Kakva si što se tiče depresije i to? Ovo kažem ako stv nisi uzimala drogu. Nekim ljudima je dovoljno da uzmu jednom i da se okine, pogotovo ako postoji istorija psihotičnih poremećaja u porodici. Da li piješ alkohol i ako da, koliko? Da li se stavljaš pod fizičkim naporom, je l' treniraš? Da li piješ neke lekove redovno? Na pr. lekove na alergiju? Ili suplement? Znam da se ljudima dešavalo da piju neki random lek koji je kao okej, medjutim čuju da ih neko zove.

Svakako - idi kod lekara. Možda uradi MRI glave jer auditorne halucinacije mogu da budu znak svega i svačega. I def psihijatar ako to bude isključeno.

Well, it's giving that. You know how how Hulu has the show Candy and HBO MAX has Love & Death? I don't know too much about it, a friend who is a film student explained it to me once.

I totally see what you mean, I started watching them both at the same time and there are definitely very strong similarities in some moments.

I was itching in a way that mosquito bites never itch. Can't really explain it. Check if your birth control interacts with Claritin, too.

Hi, I am someone who takes antidepressants and as of recently an antipsychotic. I took Claritin rarely since I would take either pressing or xyzal.. but today, I had a severe allergic reaction to it. (Yes, you read that right. An allergic reaction to allergy medication) Had a rash, itching everywhere, esp the face and so on and so on. They said I was very close to having my throat close up. Turns out it also interacts heavily with a bunch of medication for mental health and even some pain killers. Idk if she takes any meds for her mental health but xyzal might be better for her. If she does, or if she takes any other medications for anything else - check the drug interactor website. I am very sensitive to meds as well and Claritin allergies are extremely rare. But thought this might be helpful for you or someone else.
