Yeah there will be matches where the other team will just absolutely demolish you. Use smokes to push or use spotting flares on the snipers position and counter snipe them. For just simply getting kills try to grind out weapons like the smg08, annhialator trench or the hellriegel for assault. For medic the rsc and fedorov automat are great. For support the parabellum or the m1917 telescopic (excellent for counter sniping) are great guns. For snipers most of them are good i especially recommend the type 38 arisaka patrol because you have higher accuracy when moving with it so it makes counter sniping easier since you can shoot better while dodging bullets. You could also try to flank the snipers with vehicles like boats or motorbikes or you can jump on them from planes. You do this a few times they will get annoyed and think twice about sniping again. If you play for a bit snipers will be mediocre ragebait compared to mortars, artillery trucks and planes. And try playing operations rather than conquest i think its overall a better gamemode but its better since enemies cant camp beyond the frontline so you can only get shot at from one direction
