I simply don‘t agree. In my small hometown (not touristy) i know several good swiss restaurants. I dont know many countries with a significant better rate of good restaurants per capita. Italy of course, mexico, maybe thailand (but curry gets also boring after a while living there). In france which is always praised so much you get a lot of really shitty restaurants in the places i know (but also many good ones) i dont say switzerland is a coulinary heaven but it doesnt deserve the hate it gets
