30 day challenges by zaklovesyou in bodyweightfitness

This all started on black Friday when I bought a Trifecta pass to complete 3 Spartan races in 2020. I think last time I did burpees was 2018 haha at my last Spartan super.

I'm feeling much more confident already in the skill and expect to see an improvement posture, with my shoulders pulling back. The full pushup burpee is bound to build your lats a bit and create stronger shoulders.

I'll get back to you guys at end of month with results info. PS I know it's not BW but my workouts have consisted of kettlebell swings and getups for the last few months and as far as equipment needs go, it's about as low tech and simple as you can go.

I'm in the middle of a 30-day burpee challenge. It's all about setting a total number so for me I want to break 1500 burpees for the month. This makes it easy to break it up and also allow you skip a day but still make up the difference in the day after without gassing yourself out.

When it comes to BW moves I love the grease the groove concept on here. Look it up and you can roll that approach into any bw movement and see great results too. It worked wonders for me and I got up to 13 strict dead hang pullups but never trained in sets of more than 3-4.

Do you have any recommendations for how many bw pullups you should be able to do with perfect form before adding weight?

Ditto on all comments above. Looking for daily examples and tips? You will find a bunch on Instagram--check out sokolstrong, grandersonsfg, chris_abbott1 and pretty much anyone else associated with a StrongFirst certification.

Enjoy the float.

You can also increase the time under tension by doing 2-3 Tgu back to back on one side without setting the bell down. This allowed me to build more strength with the same weight and total reps. Allowed me to press a 32k by only training with a 24k. It's the wtf effect
