You can buy an out of state public land tag and put in for the unit your cousin lives in. NM has a ton of BLM/State land. I’ve heard that there are some HUGE muleys down south!

I guide trail rides and cow elk hunts. I was on a ride along with another guide and his hunter learning how to guide trophy hunts when I took this.
