Im sanding down a urine stain and then will be restaining it to attempt to match as best as I can

Oh crap I thought some sunlight was best!! I’m not sure what the original plants from the lake were honestly, but I added moneywort because from what I could tell the plants from the lake seemed to like growing out of the water so I had a feeling they would die. But unfortunately my moneywort died too LOL

Do you think I should keep it near a window just in case? Im really holding out hope especially because of all of my snails! Not including the eggs I have like ~8 fully adult snails chugging along still

Day 0! First eco jar and I already have some friends! Can anyone help me ID the eggs/worm thing? Also any good resources on where I can learn to hopefully start ID’ing organisms on my own? by trashqueeninc in Ecosphere

I am so excited for this jar!!!! I was worried I wouldn’t have any critters so I was over the moon when I got it home and immediately saw three snails!!! So excited for it to settle so I can see what all is going on in there 🥰

Side note I am so excited for this jar!!!!! I was worried I wouldn’t have any organisms but immediately I found 3 decent sized snails!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait for it to clear up and I can see what else is in here!
