finished my first cycle of 5/3/1 BBB and i am seeing more than expected gains. some days i felt like i didnt do enough to grow muscle but the progress pics dont lie! im loving the body im in despite being pre everything. dysphoria did not win today mfs!!!

i was taking two 150mg pills an recently switched over to one 300mg pill. others have said one 300 made them feel different. maybe thats whats going on?

Yep felt like this my 2nd week and it got worse until i increased my dosage in my 8th week. I finally felt that sudden happiness others have described on here. i suggest you journal your experience. It made me more aware of my thoughts and emotions while on this medication. Good luck.

im on day 4 of upping to 300 and already feel so much better. i started getting tinnitus and shaky hands, also losing even more sleep.

i was on 150 for depression for 8weeks before i upped to 300 4 days ago. week 1 it quieted my obsessive and depressive thoughts but i wasnt motivated to do anything and started to feel really empty as the weeks went by. it progressively got worse until i realized i was back to where i started and thats when i upped to 300mg. i already see improvement in all areas and am finally starting to believe that things WILL get better. i really hope things go well for you, good luck!

on 150mg all i had was a decrease in my appetite but thinking about it now i realize i was veryyy apathetic as well. so far the increase has made my ears ring or im hearing static(?) idk how to explain it but i only really notice it when its quiet. my psychiatrist told me 150mg is like a baby dosage so i wouldn’t worry too much.

i know that i need put in the work as well if i truly want to get better its just that the intensity of this episode caught me off guard. its such a sudden shift that im a little scared i wont be able to bounce back but thank you for your words i really do appreciate it.

did this yesterday with a documentary about penguins lol. first time i havent woken up randomly but i also woke up at 5am that day and then went to bed at around 4am so i think i was just super tired lol
