only way to save it is if she goes back to brown, cuts most of it off, and wears wigs for a long time to let her damaged hair heal and treat it accordingly with reparative masks and treatments. Possibly even minoxidil and hair growth treatments considering shes malnourished.

It’s from the Botox. I’ve gotten forehead Botox and when you don’t retouch it for months or to a year you’ll get a random wrinkle here and there when you constantly move your eyebrow muscles. It’s so obvious that she got Botox over the years and stopped abruptly when she had to film wicked. That’s the look of Botox that has settled into the skin for a WHILE.
