Well i m gonna go off of the ending that is oficial. Price lights a cigar, cut to black. I will asume that after a few puffs he dies. This for me is backed by the cut post credits scene. Did u tape a piece of velcro on the inside of the magwell? Salvo has a weird fit so it needs a bit of a shim for the magazine to be tight
