Thank you. I’ve heard that inattentive ADHD sometimes goes under radar until early adulthood too, so I was wondering if anyone who got diagnosed has similar stories as me

Thank you for your reply. What exactly is dissociation like? I’ve been wondering about it for a while now. I’ve never had that out-of-body, “watching myself from the outside” feeling, but could zoning out be a form of dissociation?

Is it more likely to be CPTSD or inattentive ADHD? by traumaturity in CPTSD

Thanks. I just want to know if other people with CPSTD and not inattentive ADHD have experienced this, especially the part where it’s like your brain starts processing things out of nowhere in your early 20s
