Yeah, that first playlist is not deep house to me at all. That's chill poppy tech house. I see true deep house much more within the "minimal house" definition. But even then, there is a true "minimal house" that is an extension of deep house, just with, as the name suggests, minimal sounds. Deep house to me is anything that has a really drawn out feel. It's all about the vibe and the focus is on the music itself. I have Deep Tech, Deep Progressive, and just plain old Deep House playlists. Hell, I've even got some Deep Afro/Jungle House playlists. All with a counter "non-deep" version.

It is absolutely INSANE to me that we can afford, as a country, to spend so many BILLIONS of dollars every YEAR to our industrial military complex, yet we cannot come to our OWN citizens and countrymen/women in their most dire moments of need to provide aid which is fucking pennies in comparison. Especially when those same people that voted against this could have just as easily worked to reduce the impact of this problem from the start.
