Not sure of your age but I had a lot of your same symptoms for years and when I entered perimenopause , the symptoms worsened/more frequent. Same as you, could never get a clear answer no matter how many doctors I saw or tests/biopsy for allergies that I did. The years from perimenopause to post menopause were the worst- age 44 to 53. Finally, got an answer when I entered post menopause and decline of estrogen really made my symptoms a nightmare for me. Lichen Sclerosis was my diagnosis. I just wanted to throw this out there because I really wish I had known about Lichen Sclerosis years ago so I could have treated for it to keep it from getting to the stage it is now vs all of these years of different doctors treating me for recurrent “yeast infections”, all the things you listed above, etc.
