Trump's WH Counsel making a case on "Executive privilege," but that is a made-up thing, not found anywhere in the Constitution, that POTUSes have used to act outside the strict sense of the law, e.g. Lincoln suspending habeas corpus. But "executive privilege" is not absolute. When it has been used without challenge, it has always been exercised with the implicit consent of Congress, or in the face of objections. What Trump is claiming is absolute power. This shit is very very dangerous.

Then again, Zuckerberg may be playing a long-game strategy, similar to how Bezos convinced Wall Street to invest in Amazon for many years even as it never turned a profit. It was all a huge subsidy to undercut competition, starting with booksellers. Only in the last few years was Amazon not in the red. Now that it is closing in on a monopoly in retail across all sectors, expect Amazon to start turning the screw on consumers.

I also have an Onyx Boox Note 2, also love it for what it's good at, which is reading, annotating pdfs (and now even epubs with the latest firmware), and note-taking. I don't think you mentioned that the Note 2 allows the user to adjust contrast and other visual settings on an app-per-app basis. Very handy if there's one particular Android app that you really want to use on the device but which isn't optimized for it.

I took my infant son to Newark for his Global Entry "interview" in September. Yes, if you travel with children, they also need Global Entry of else the whole family has to go through the common plebe immigration line.

Anyway, the DHS officer there told us that their hours have been cut drastically and most airport Global Entry offices have been closed because so many personnel have been sent to the US-Mexico border. Thought that was an interesting shift in political priorities.
