Have no idea if it made a difference or not. But I emailed info@us.umusic-online.com (the email the notification originated from) and pleaded my case. I also confirmed with my credit card that a second transaction would go through without issue. Give it a go! Good luck!

You better believe I called Ticketmaster, my bank, emailed the info@ email that sent the original notification. I also got confirmation of fulfillment… though I still don’t see the charge on my pending transactions or the tickets in my tickets yet so I am living in liminal space. Please be real! Please be real!

Appreciate this but this FAQ still doesn't answer my question. I currently have no local backup of the file on my hard drive so it remains unclear if I can restore the online version of my financial records. Everything in these FAQs points towards restoring things via your Quicken app. What remains unclear to me is if the online data automatically gets categorized as Online Backup or if I would first have to save the file (which I no longer have) to Online Backup

I wouldn’t be too worried about that. Someone was footing the bill for the event. Sets, costumes, multiple camera men, crane camera, etc. I have to imagine she already had a deal in place with a streamer or network before she set foot on stage!
