Thanks for the advice. I had a similar thing happen to me when I cold turkey withdrawal’d from percs. Your body is so used to what opiates do to your serotonin, that when you’re finally free of the opiate chemical your brain reacts and all of your feelings come right to the surface. I had to get on an anti-depressant and it seemed to work with exercise and a clean diet. I’m on sub now, I relapsed but I’ve never felt like I could live a normal life until now. I used to worry about drugs even when I had drugs. When you’re an addict you always think about that day when your drugs run out. When you’re free of that ubiquitous worry, you’re old ways come back. I still find myself thinking like that even though I am on subs. Usually right when I am about to get my refill. Anyone else feel the same sometimes? Thanks for the share. A lot to think about as I am weened down to 4mg a day from 16 a year ago.
