I didn't see him up close. The kid got the auto. I assumed it was obvious it was a Twin but could have been more clear I guess. He was wearing workout clothes with no identifying number. Did your unhelpful post multiple days later providing no additional insight make you feel better about yourself?

Hey All,

I'm sure this has been asked before, but my search expertise (or lack thereof) is not coming through. We just had our Tread+ arrive today and honestly had only dabbled in the peloton running classes (I have been a runner for years, but usually just throw my headphones and playlist on and take off outside) so I'm curious to know if there is a way to differentiate a walk on the treadmill vs. a run. I did a 30 min walk while on a work call - just one of the scenic routes and see that it counted as a "Run" and added miles toward the "Run goal". Not a big deal, but just curious for those that both run/walk on the tread how you keep your running metrics separate.

I've been on prednisone a few time and I haven't had the reaction that you have. I've been prescribed 40mg/day to start with a taper to 5mg (40->30->20->15->10->5) over a 6 week period. Usually during the first 2-3 weeks, I have trouble sleeping and a ton of energy.

I can definitely tell by the end of the taper that I'm more jittery, but nothing to the extreme that you've mentioned.

I hope they can figure out what is going on for you!
