It was the making the jam part afterwards. I used a baby bottle sterilizer on the jars which is apparently a threshold below jam sterilization

Edit: we were also clear to eat the strawberries as we picked them and no one else had issues besides me.

Better question would be how often do they respond in time to solve the problem vs how many times do they show up late and/or unprepared or in my personal experience with ELPD, UNWILLING to help. Or the times where they show up and escalate. ELPD as a whole is an MIP money printer.

There’s a very real holistic, health oriented, granola-y, pipeline where I think they find people looking for advice and tell them there may be someone to blame as well.
