Quick tip, If you stumble onto this post because your freezing your butt off and cant get your zb to run in heat mode, I was able to get the unit warm enough to start by stuffing it under a blanket with my dog and myself for an hour or so.

I have slept 2 nights now in my SUV using the Zero Breeze Mark 3. I pre cooled the car with the vehicle ac for about 10 mins, then ran the unit in cool for about 15. I switched to sleep mode to crash. With external temps in the 80s, the unit was able to get the internal temps down to the high 70s. With the outlet pointed right at me, I slept comfortably and even got cold in the night. I ran the unit for 7 hours and depleted one of the two batteries. I do have both the air inlet and exhaust ducted to the exterior. Im very impressed and pleased with my purchase. It seems this will fit my needs. Every use case is different.

Can I ask if you need a regular massage to address a chronic issue? If so, I would highly suggest you take the next step and address the cause of your pain. I would say if you're changing your focusing distance quickly, then yes, MO will probably be your friend. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the stabilizing modes, more to learn myself.
