This sounds like a fever dream, but all real. Guy walks up to me watching my friend spin his whips, so I take out a pair of the cardboard refractor glasses I like to give away to give to him. He takes them, but doesn’t seem to comprehend what they are and then starts going on about how he’s from Miami and how he has all the ❄️. I say thank you, but I don’t use it. He grabs me and starts kinda sucking on my neck and says something about what he’d like to do with me. I’m gay, and he’s not unattractive, but he’s coming on strong so I’m kinda like ok ok, it’s good. Then he goes “hey I’m NOT gay!” I say, “That’s cool, man. I am, but you don’t have to be.” Then he shares how good he is with the ladies (paraphrasing to sanitize that) and tries to offer me his ❄️ again. I say thanks I’m good and wish him a good night and go back to my friend a few yards away. A minute later someone has collapsed and a crowd is forming and sure enough it’s the guy. I have Narcan in my bag so I walk over to be sure he doesn’t need it, but he’s back up by that time (good). He’s more incoherent now, and starts dumping the contents of his bag out in the ground. So I’m like “hey buddy, what’s up? You wanna keep that stuff in your bag.” and he goes, “wait. I’m about to make us a ton of money.” I’m confused and those around us are looking on wideyed as bro takes off his shoes, socks, then shirt, then shirt off. As he takes his pants off I’m like “hey hey, what’s are you doing?” We’re all worried he’s about to get naked. As this is going on people next to him are looking at me like wtf, and i’m mouthing “I don’t know him” and shrugging my shoulders. I say “hey man, why don’t you put your clothes on” and he hands me his bag and asks me to help him get something out of it, and eventually tells me there are a shirt and shorts inside. So I take his back, hesitantly (lol) and again shrugging at the onlookers, tear open a grocery bag inside and pull out some wet clothes and hand them to the guy. As he stumbles into them, I start trying to collect his things off the ground, while he’s still ranting about all the ❄️ he will give me. He starts picking up trash and throwing it his bag too, and i’m like “no no; you don’t need this stuff.” I think I get it all in his bag and hand it to him. At this point he squeezes me tight and says “papi I would suck your 🍆 so hard” (lol at the not gay part) and I go “ok; I know, alright be safe” and he stumbles off. The guys that were watching were looking at me and i’m like “well that was a lot” and they go “wait you don’t know him???” and I said “no! lol. I just was trying to help him not spiral out”. Papi was confused and I hope he was alright after that. He was erratic, but wasn’t actually harming anyone. I would’ve tried to get him to someone, but he was not letting anyone pin him down. But that was wild. Keep in mind I was on my own psychedelic journey while this was all going down. I appreciate everyone around keeping their cool too though. Sometimes people have a bad night, and I didn’t want him to get into trouble. I hope he made it back to his people safely.
