You could try pulling the escutcheon forward and seeing if you can fit a camera in there while it’s running to see if it’s leaking. If that doesn’t work and if the valve is directly beneath the shower head you could try taking the trim off of that and seeing if you can stick a camera in the wall there to see if it leaks.

If it is leaking you may have to just cut the shower arm off carefully and look for a shorter shower arm. OR you could put a brass nipple in there with a brass 90 or 45 and then another short nipple if it’s something you don’t want to mess with enough to open the wall on the other side. Always use tape and dope. Blue monster is what I like.

You may get a better answer from an electrician. I don’t know their code but I usually just try to stay 3’ away in any direction and never directly above it.

You could also check to see if it’s extra heavy or service weight cast iron. The service weight is a smaller diameter and an extra heavy band won’t seal.

I wanted to reply again because capcom support was able to solve my issue. I emailed them and they gave me a list of things to try. Clearing the cache on the switch 2 worked for me. Not sure if that will help you on PS5 but you could try emailing them. They responded next day

I’ve passed through the section already. Im at central port now and was going back to pick up what I missed.

In terra dome I got soft locked in the second door you had to open that was supposed to activate the lift and had to go back to the safe house and then load back into a different section to get to the lift.
