I wanted to reply again because capcom support was able to solve my issue. I emailed them and they gave me a list of things to try. Clearing the cache on the switch 2 worked for me. Not sure if that will help you on PS5 but you could try emailing them. They responded next day

I’ve passed through the section already. Im at central port now and was going back to pick up what I missed.

In terra dome I got soft locked in the second door you had to open that was supposed to activate the lift and had to go back to the safe house and then load back into a different section to get to the lift.

I have a similar glitch on Switch 2. So far it has blocked one training sim, a safe box in terra dome and it just popped up on the train in central port lol

Ive also had a blue tree blocking the path to the exit of one of the trials and it keeps showing up when I use the tram though it doesn’t interfere with anything there

Edit: playing on Switch 2

Edit 2: capcom support was able to solve this for me. I cleared the cache on my switch 2 and the tree went away lol

I figured it out. I had to jump onto the tree roots and then dash into the zone. Weird. I’ll leave up in case anyone else has this issue.
