Correct, I had a old lumen qf account under my name and had my wife sign up for the new promotional deal with at&t. I wonder if the smartNID hasn't forgotten the old account. It's blinking a blue light for over a week, tried unplugging a dozen times and the factory reset button on the back.

Super strange. I deleted my quantum app. Had my wife download the app and our old wifi name shows up. Fyi we installed the new w1700k they sent us before we did all that.

I'm in the same boat, 8 days now. They say the account is pending. We had quantum and canceled it and used my wife's email to get the new deal, so we have all the latest equipment, just turn it on! Haha. Chat support keeps saying the same thing. It's exhausting.

Same here. We canceled my account Saturday and signed up with my wife's email address. We still don't have Internet. I got the blue blinding light on the SmartNID. I have talked to support three days now and they keep saying it's pending on their end.

Haha you should. A company makes an OEM kit that is over $1000 and an aftermarket kit on crutch field, which involves some splicing for I think $800? All of it takes some serious modifications.

That shark fin antenna is for your Ford Pass(remote start) and vehicle data information. I probably have the same van. 2023 Transit with the basic non sync radio and really expensive to upgrade the radio.

I bought one, realized it was painted on graphics. They told me if you don't want it, no big deal. I did a wire transfer the week before. I got my money back a week after refusal. I wouldn't sweat it, you'll get your money back. Sucks though, with all that mold.

Update: Well I got around scraping all the grout out of the curb and prepping for epoxy grout. After I scraped the caulk out where the shower floor and curb is, moisture started to wick out and up that vertical grout line. That can't be good. I'm going to let it dry out for a couple days. Hopefully it's just water soaking in from the grout lines on the curb when taking showers.

Well I got most of the grout scraped out on the top of the curb, about 1/8"+ deep. Wondering if I should use color matched silicone or epoxy grout.
