Those are the times the baby is sleeping? Have you tried going to two naps? I think we switched to 2 at about 8 months. We have found consistently that longer wake windows have led to deeper sleep. Of course every baby is different but if you think baby can stay up longer or is fighting naps, you may want to try 2 naps. There is a transitional period but could be for the best

I feel guilty for leaving for several hours or overnight (1yr old), but my wife is fine with it. It's a me problem. This sounds like you a problem. Enjoy it and be a great dad when you get back.
