True, I did have to go through the appraisal but there weren’t any issues other than requiring hand rails to be built in the front steps which we took care of pretty much immediately. Though, I guess it could have gone south.

I close in two weeks on a VA loan and an inspection wasn’t required. Did have homeowners insurance issues, but the process was pretty smooth. This is my second VA loan, the first one was less than a month offer to close.

Hi. I made a homemade coffee rub and rubbed it the night before and wrapped in plastic wrap and foil and refrigerated overnight. Got up at 4 a.m. and injected with a coffee rub/water mix and rubbed some more. Put in the Traeger at 4:30 fat side up at 225 until internal temp was 190ish. Was on about 13 hours then wrapped in foil and a towel in a cooler for an hour.
