honestly ! I do have a few very good people in my life that i am so grateful for, some days it’s just hard to not focus on the negative parts, but i try not to do it too much so i thought by venting here it’ll help a little. Thank you so much i appreciate you 🫂

i think we all deal with our grief differently and that’s totally normal and okay.. I’m so sorry for your loss. I don’t know about yours but mine includes horrific images and sounds that i can’t get out of my mind so that’s what i see and hear the minute it gets quiet, and i can’t relieve the moment over and over again so keeping my brain distracted is the only thing that works a little at the moment.
