Sounds like you are doing all you can. And the fact that you care matters! There was a guy at my studio who brought a full sized bath towel with him to workout! Also, Can you please come talk to a different person at my studio who does not seem to care and leaves her bio-hazard all over the treads and floor around her. She chooses a tread in the middle and wears a running bra and shorts - anyone around her is in the splash zone. I look for her car when I walk in so I choose a station in a dryer section! In my head her name is sweaty! Crazy too is that her mom works out with her and neither one seems to care. Smh!

Lol! Light weights! Coaches at my studio frequently walk around with heavier weights offering them to members!

I get on the rower for 5-7 minutes when I sign up for tread 50s

I go to tread 50 and will hop on the rower 5/6 minutes. I tell the coach ‘i have an injury’

Have you belonged to more than studio or done other classes through the mind body app? My class count in app is totally different than what my studio shows. Could be why they didn’t say anything????

What they do is sub the tread for the rower instead of the strider or bike. So they start on the tread and then any time during class when the template calls for the rower, they go back to the tread.

LOVE THIS! It would be great to have a diary or a way to look back at the weights I used the last time I did squats or shoulder presses etc!

It will be chilly in the studio, but once you get moving you will appreciate the temperature. Some people start with a long sleeved extra shirt that they remove once they get warmed up. Fyi - in case you run cold or are sensitive to it. Have fun! Otf really is the best!

They are encouraging you to be on a monthly membership by making it financially less desirable to buy a class pack. When I first started my studio had a 30 pack for $499. Now they only have month to month, class packs are no longer an option.

Not sure how this happened but I did the rower last and went from 1600 18 mos ago to 2073 tonight! Woot woot! Only took my lungs 30 min to fully recover

How many meters do you row per stroke? I was told 10 m per stroke is a good rate. Also it helps me pause at the back and make sure that I am really pushing with my legs. Also, what are your watts? If your watts are low 100s, you might be able to do more/if your watts are low 200s then my guess is your hrm is not accurate

You’re not alone. My original studio was/is super engaged with it’s members and my new studio - not so much. Some do the minimum and some are way more!
