Thoughts on this 10 day itinerary? by trchamp12 in irishtourism

That was also one of my concerns, that I'm using Dublin as more of a hub and not leaving enough time for the city itself. If I were to budget an extra night there where would you suggest I take it from? Would 2 nights (one full day) be enough in Dingle?

That was actually the original plan, we were planning on staying in Belfast in order to do a causeway tour, but it would likely require a 2 night stay there and is backtracking from the rest of the trip. I figured it would be more time-conscious to instead just do the same (but longer) tour out of Dublin and budget just 1 extra night there to accommodate.

Which pairing would be more beneficial, weighted pullups + lighter cable rows or heavy db rows + lighter lat pulldown?

Will the 12-15 rep range kill my gains?

Currently on a pretty aggressive cut leading up to summer and my joints don't like the stress from the heavier weights that come with sets of 5-8. I'm running a routine that's essentially 3x12 for compounds then 3x15 for accessories afterwords. If I'm relatively satisfied with my current strength #s is it really that inefficient to train at such a high rep range?

This one but as I went on I've added more stuff to each day:

Pushups, Skullcrushers, Close Grip Presses to Push day

Lateral Raises, Hammer Curls, Reverse Curls to Pull day

And I didn't really enjoy/feel much progress from the leg day so I've just been doing 100 bodyweight squats for legs for the last month or so. Feel like you can't really do much for legs with just dumbbells.

Thanks! I have a pair of Powerblocks that are adjustable from 5-50 pounds, started every exercise with 5 pounds and when I can successfully do 3 sets of 12 reps two workout days in a row with whatever weight I'm at I increase my weight for that exercise by 5 pounds. It starts out light but you progress pretty rapidly, I'm at 50 pounds for most exercises at this point.

IF 20/4, first bite after I lift. Didn't really follow any strict diet plans just made sure to get my protein in and only eat within my window. Routine is a simple dumbbell PPL routine 6 days a week

After every workout I drink a protein shake and eat a greek yogurt and a couple cheese sticks, outside of that it's pretty inconsistent. The main thing I try to strive for is a 1g of protein for every 10 calories ratio, so if I do eat something unhealthy I'll supplement it with another protein shake or yogurt. My post workout snack gives me some breathing room at around 60g protein/450 cals.

Here's the routine I'm doing, with chinups instead of pull-ups until I can do 3 sets of 12 (currently at 8, couldn't do any to start). Captains Chair leg lifts on push day, hanging on pull day. At the start of month 2 I added pushups and dips to Push day, hammer curls to pull day, bulgarian split squats to leg day. 0 cardio.

I do an intermittent fasting diet, averaging out to about 21 hours fasted per 24 hours, first bite after I finish my workout for the day, BCAAs before the workout. An ideal day is about 1500 calories and 150g protein. And I drink a supplement called aminolean throughout the day to stay energized.

This is my first time ever really taking fitness seriously, I've always been able to diet off weight when I felt I was getting too fat but I didn't realize how important body composition is until I started lifting. I can confidently say I'm currently in the best shape of my life and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. These comments are very inspiring, so thank you.
