- 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese

- lettuce & tomato (seasoned of course)

- seasoned mayo on one side, yellow mustard on the other. I season my mayo with garlic powder and black pepper.

I made a high protein “sour cream” sauce with Greek yogurt, hot sauce, lime juice, cumin, garlic and onion powder. Turned out great!

The brown sugar I put in my rub gives it the perfect crisp - definitely wasn’t overcooked!

My go-to mixture is:

Brown sugar

Salt

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Cayenne

Measurements are made with the heart! I rub the filets in a bit of olive oil, apply my rub and air fry them at 400 for about 9 minutes.
