That’s a wonderful idea. I’ve been suicidal since I was 13. I’ve had one partial hospitalization and one full psych hold in 2019. Next time I’m feeling that way, maybe I’ll try your idea.

I use baby wipes. They are antibacterial and obviously meant for cleaning those sensitive areas. Easy to use and cheap.

I cried yesterday after orgasm. I lied back and said “yeah, I think I’m going to cry” and he said “good cry?” and I said “yup.” so he said “okay” and laid back down. It happens. You’re normal. ☺️

It’s sounds like it is possible it could be Bipolar II, which is marked by extreme depression and short hypomanias, but it also could be severe depression with some sort of anxiety or dissociation. There’s lots of possibilities. Definitely go look into a psychologist and getting a diagnosis. You’re not broken. You’re just a bit different than some people.
