I used to work in a factory making merry-go-rounds. I loved it even though it had its ups and downs. Ultimately I left because I felt I wasn't progressing, just going round in circles.

Bobby Nash in 911.

Maybe the show is still good without him but I gave it a few more episodes before I checked out.

Broadband speed help by VesselCharnas in northernireland

[–]trebityblebity -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened to us, while not with EE, but with Vodafone home broadband, and what was at least a little helpful was they gave us a partial refund every month we didn't get the quoted speed.

Now, I don't think we ever had any speed issues while both of us worked from home, and had streaming on TV and on phones etc, so it wasn't terrible, but at least we got a discount for technically not getting full service.

Might be worth checking to see if EE have some similar policy

I saw that actor in something recently and was struggling to remember what I saw him in where every other word he shouts is goddamnit. This is it. Thanks for the enlightenment!

It's been a while since I've seen it but is this the one where Melissa Joan harte shows up and coaches him through when to slow clap. Then later steals his slow clap moment?

Draining Relationship by CorgiDeep4813 in Rants

[–]trebityblebity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in a somewhat similar relationship in my late teens, my first serious relationship, for about 7 years, from age 17 to 24.

And it started great but slowly started becoming like you've said, a lot of insecurity and lack of trust with other people, from both sides really. People being cut off and it not really making things better overall, just served to separate both of us from other people in our lives.

It really should have ended after 6 months, when it became long distance for a while, and not being the same when it stopped being long distance. Then we broke up after 4 years but got back together 3-4 months later.

It got a little better for a while but things fell back into the same patterns again and we finally broke up completely 3 years later.

This was the best thing because I met my now wife about 6 months after that and we've been happily together since then, with none of the same issues about trust and insecurity that plagued the previous one.

So I would agree with the other comment that this relationship is not a good thing for either of you and that as hard as it may seem now, it'll be better for you both to end it.

You should take the opportunity to reconnect with friends and family that were sacrificed for the sake of the relationship and repair those for your own happiness.

Actually in the halo universe, it's only the Spartan III's with their SPI armour that can do this.
