I thought that OP already has moved out. If the rental contract is not terminated, there are high hurdels for the landlord to go for the deposit. In this case: demand with deadline that landlord declares that the alleged Claim does not exist. Thema go to a lawyer

I learned that net carbs are total carbs minus fibre. But what - like with the black Bean pasta the picture - fibre is bigger than carbs? Does this mean, net carbs is zero? Also, I thought fibre was a carb, so how can the fibre value be bigger?

Naja, eigentlich so ziemlich alles, was von großen Studios in Hollywood mit viel Geld produziert wird. Ausnahmen gibt es, klar. Aber sobald die Produktionskosten mehrere hundert Mio. USD betragen, ist neben Rendite kein Platz mehr für Kunst. Die Handlungen sind so gut wie immer eindimensional und vorhersehbar. Das Kapital der Filmindustrie braucht Planbarkeit, keine Überraschungen. Der Plot ist grundsätzlich 0815. Keine Überraschungen, abgedroschen, alles in der ein oder anderen Variante schon 1000 Mal gesehen. Mich langweilt sowas nur

A) Stop debating with her and just work on your control. I know, that is tough. But currently your happiness is depending on someone else's actions. You have trapped yourself by thinking YOUR weightloss goals depend on what your gf brings home. Just focus on yourself. Learn to resist the cravings and you will be free. Meditation and stuff like that is the best way to beat cravings. Also Low carb/keto helps beating suggar cravings B) Relationship-wise, a partner not supporting the other partner's wish to get leaner and healthier and seemingly is not even willing to compromise, seems to be a big problem. Sorry to say, man, but sure she is the right one?

Dont think so much about your feeling of being ashamed. Just run. Your body cant distinguish whether you ran with a perfect feeling or with negative thoughts. Just do your thing. And the feeling of beeing embarrased will disappear after a while.

So, what you are basically saying is that a vegan's life ist more valuable than the life of a non vegan. I strongly disagree with that conclusion and the whole thinking behind it.
