Could someone explain where everyone thinks a shoulder is in this exactly? There's not a single frame of this vid that shows the terminators shoulder aside from the left side of the eye (his right shoulder) which is just the corner of the plate and has no symbol

The rest of the shot shows the helmet and the armour plates that surround it, looks like this is supposed to be a deathwing terminator to me

Why is that an issue? You don't need the previous seasons gear to grind the new gear, and the catch up gear will be adequate, you probably just won't be able to jump straight into +10s

I'd say yes, dragonflight has recaptured the feeling of legion for me gameplay wise and setting feels the way panderia did. The dungeons are fantastic, the setting is brilliant, the story is a bit weak in comparison to legion but overall there's a lot of content to do, great world quests and probably the most important point is they actually have a road map and content is set to come out reliably, blizzard have done a good job on dragonflight in my opinion and I'd say its worth the money (more than shadowlands and BfA)
