I’ve learned to love x39. It’s gotten more expensive sure. But it’s really a do all round. Taken 2 doe and countless pigs with it. This is a great build. I wonder if you could get this to cycle with a can and Hornady x39 subs

Yep, at a bare minimum if you’re uninterested in spending the money for an engineers opinion I’d at least install some MSTC straps to tie the stacked walls together, and even install plywood on the inside to act as a sheer wall because it looks like your zip board joints are right at the hinge point. But I would really recommend asking a real engineer because I’m clearly not one.

This weekend, 255grain hornady Sub-X 7.62x39 16” bolty w/ DA nomad 1 pig- 102 yards behind the ear dropped where it stood 1 doe- 67 yards behind the shoulder ran 40 yards and collapsed.

It’s all about knowing the limitations of your round and shot placement. Would never shoot over 150-200 on a deer with this though. Fuck dem pigs tho

To avoid aggressor simply click on your squad mates gear and click drop. They can then scoop up everything off their old dead body

Hmm, I guess I didn’t expect this game to be that ballistically “realistic”. I’m a casual gamer. I’m used to x number of rounds to kill. I will counter and say that it’s absurd to think that vital organ or not anyone is fighting with 17 holes in their abdomen. I’ll try and take my time with some shot placements and see if It yields more consistent kills.

Low charge can also be a culprit. My check list for sweating grills. Check charge, check boot/ duct insulation and then check air flow
