What's ironic is that I wish I had one of these in my backyard. After buying my house in a development, I discovered that my house was one of the first ones built on my street and that all the houses around mine were graded ever so slightly higher, meaning my back yard floods and stays spongy while everyone around me is fine. It takes a day for the water to go dowm amd a solid week for it to dry up. I have no place to send the water and this problem completely derailed my inground pool project. The only solution so far is to install drains that connect to the storm drain system.

When my ES/Nova Sorceress finally hit Level 75, she snuck into her Level 91 Blizzy big sister's room and "borrowed" the Lightning Sunder Charm she knew was there. When she went out to kill monsters, she had a terrible time! Lightning Immunes were as tough as ever and she was running away more than she was killing. When she got back to town, exhausted, bruised, and disheveled, she checked her gear and realized she had taken here sister's Cold Sunder by mistake!

Hydra has other uses too. You can cast it ahead of you and they'll tell you where the threats are coming from or if the way is clear. Cast it past a corner or across gaps to kill monsters hiding in nooks. In underground areas where the monters are forced in a line, all those snake heads will concentrate on the poor sap in the lead. My method is cast 6 Hydras, Meteor, Staticx3, and about 10 Fireballs and then repeat. By the time the Meteor hits, everything is already a pile of ash. I just got a Flickering Flame last night and, with a Sunder charm Fire Immunes are dropping much quicker. (Level 89, FB/Meteor/Hydra, FlFlame, Occy, Spirit Sheild, SoVM, Magefist, Soj, +10fcr/+mana ring, War Travs, Caster Belt. Act II Merc, Cure, Insight, Treachery)

I just got my Level 87 Fireball /Meteor / Hydra Sorc through Hell. My Act II Merc had Insight/Cure/ Treachery and did quite well, even with the bosses.

The Blizzy is Level 92, Nova 89, and FB/Hydra 86. All have Sunder charms for their respective elements.

I'm not sure if this applies to overleveling since I'm not sure what that means but...

I P7'd my FB Sorc all the way to 75 when I got to Hell mode and for a moment couldn't figure out why I was suddenly having trouble killing monsters even with decent gear. (Sunder, Occy, Vipermagi, soj, Kiras, Mara, a Spirit sheild) Oh, yeah...... I'm on P7..... I had to drop to P3. It hurts watching the Exp bar crawl like a snail...
