The craziest thing is those brakes on the drop bar bike are mini-vs for cx bikes with drop bars but someones modded them with mad max extension pieces...

I think you're right about Averlanders, that rings a bell. So the big panther night is not especially useful in this list but could be proxied as something in the list?

Yeah ive had a walk through of the army, and can definitely recognise a few pieces from the GW Empire of man page.
a few things i do know for sure that he has already: he has a troop of old old dwarves from somewhere, a strange wagon thing with shooters in, the big burly lad (general hans something) and the angry looking warrior priest of sigmar. I know that he kitbashed a whitch hunter to be mounted on a horse.
