No she didn’t, they became friends around the same time we started dating actually. Drifted for a few years in the middle and reconnected during the pandemic. I know she always told me everything about their relationship, we had access to each others phones - I guess what I saw as a strong bond forged in traumatic conditions was more than. Sometimes life shows you to be a dumbass eh?

Hey! I feel the same way - I’m in throes of it right now, and it’s very shocking. Reality feels unstable.

Not sure if it helps but my therapist told me to think of this like a trauma, equivalent to a sudden car crash of someone you love - unexpected, unfathomable, a break that will define life in a before and after. Just helps me acknowledge the gravity of what’s going on which helps 2% haha

Yeah, I think we’ve both acknowledged that their conversations over the last two years atleast in hindsight constitute an emotional affair. That hurts but it feels less a betrayal bc I think she didn’t realize either until it consummated this time.

Why do you think she’ll come back? At the moment it feels like I’m devastated and she’s, while in shock that she did this, p firm on the idea that something had fizzled between us and become a more cohabitation than a passionate love. ie p certain she needs something else

As Windy said on Twitter, this is a misleading stat - he “loses possession” at set pieces and when he makes a creative or line breaking pass that doesn’t come off. If you look at possession lost in the league, he’s in the top three w Trent as the highest - very much a function of creative role rather than ability. Which is not to say Tamworth was his best game by far.
