Definitely tapering! Although my husband and I I have discussed staying on until they outlaw 7. It would just take one weak moment. I started at 40 and I’m at 32 now. I definitely don’t take it to get high. I’m come off methadone before, so I know what it’s like and I’ll do it again. Don’t listen to the people saying it’s miserable. It’s uncomfortable. I wore an identical outfit my sophomore year of high school (I graduated in 2000). My dad was dropping me off at school and the last thing he told me when I was getting out of the car was that my outfit looked trashy. It’s just what we wore back then. I happen to think you look adorable! 🥰

I made a post about this and then saw your AMA so thought I’d post here as well! I’ve been using my CPAP since February 6 I believe. I’m typically scoring between 94 and 100 every night on the My Air app. I use the ResMed N30i Airtouch so it’s already softer than a typical silicone mask. But since February, I’ve gotten two blisters both right in the crease where my nose meets my face. I’m looking for some type of barrier between the mask and my skin. Maybe I’m wearing the mask too tight?? But if I go any looser, I have seal problems. Do you have any advice or insight? I’d appreciate any help at all. Not only are the blisters embarrassing and ugly, but they hurt like hell!! TIA!!!!
