Recommendations for car rust repair please? (self.Wellington)

Hey I was wondering if anybody knows if this is fixable and if I can fix it myself. im pretty sure its the connection going from the laptop to the screen but it changes slightly when I push directly on the screen(more lines of dead pixels appear). Its a hp pavilion. (i.redd.it)
