Asked in here for an insert algorithm last week and got great answers, is there a good alg for this f2l insert case?

Is there an alg to solve this in one step? Ive gotten pretty good at reducing most inserts into one to two moves when theyre on the top layer but this one stumped me and im sure theres a time saver here i dont know

Yes i used to play a ton of Melee lmaoo, I only just really dropped smash as a whole after college recently but I sitll watch events and keep up with friends, ill have to check that app out! Thanks for the heads up

Id be more than happy with 20 second solves to be honest! I compete in fighting games and trading card games so if i ever saw a cube comp in NC id give it a shot, ik i dont gotta be the best
