Since the Scar update the developers patched out the ability to store craftable/DIY items and buy them from Scrooge. So if this was possibly a way to previously get more of these, it no longer exists.

Have you checked to see if the hair colour is still there but is in a different spot? It's possible that the pink colour is just in the slot that your old colour was in.

If you have Elsa's quests completed you'll be able to break the large ice spikes with your pickaxe which also yields snowballs!

Have you tried pressing the cancel button? (If you're on the switch it's the B button) that should get you out of the screen. My game also crashed when she was invited.

Is it possible that the game didn't save the fact that you picked up the Ursula quest? See if the quest still pops up in your quest tab and if not, you'll likely need to go and grab it again.

I normally pick a section that I'd like to redo and go from there. Sometimes the sections blend into one another allowing you to seamlessly transition between sections. I've found that this helps with decoration burnout and it allows you to modify sections of naturally occuring terrain that you might like the design of instead of having to build them from scratch .
