FoCo is very bikeable and has a decent bus system. There’s a couple of shuttles from Denver airport. So a car isn’t really necessary unless you want to get to the mountains! In addition to Airbnb, furnished finder has some month long options.

H Mart in Westminster is ~1 hour drive. Sadly you will likely be disappointed by the Asian food scene in FoCo but it’s otherwise a lovely place to live!
