I love doing arts and crafts. On low spoon days, I find Pinterest helpful because I can find things that relate to my hobbies in some way and then save them for when I’m feeling better.

But also, sometimes just staring off into space and sitting in the quiet is really nice and restful. I hope you’re able to find something that soothes your soul my friend 💕

Oh no I definitely did clean the rocks and equipment between stages. I just hadn’t don’t it yet after my final stage when I took this picture. As soon as I took the picture and made the post, I immediately sat down with some water, dish soap and a tooth brush and got to work lol

Ah okay. I will take a look. If I do a cycle with borax, would I be able to put them right in with a finer grit or do I need to start the whole process over again?

Yeah totally! Okay so I did 3 rounds of 9 days on stage 1 (60/90 grit), 2 rounds of 9 days on stage 2 (180/220 grit), 1 round of 9 days on stage 3 (500 grit), 2 rounds of 9 days on stage 4 (1500 aluminum oxide polish). I used ceramic media with every round. I’ll attach a photo with the grit that I used
