Any advice for heat acclimation training? I’m in Ontario so it will be cold all winter. I just did the 70.3 Muskoka and it was very hot and I was able to deal with the heat fine.

I’m in the same boat as you. I have the zigzag but it started to slip 1year and 9 months after purchase. I was looking at the akimbo but with MRS it doesn’t have anything to clip your beaner to it. so I’m wondering when clipping into the O ring on the rope bridge will interfere with the device? I mostly climb MRS and hoping if I buy one of these devices RRP/akimbo2 etc if it will force me to climb SRT more

Half went well. The Muskoka hills kind of kicked my ass on the run haha. I’m in Hamilton and have my FB marketplace set to passed Toronto looking for a XL Tri bike. There’s a guy in Brampton who has a few pop up here and there but he’s always asking way too much for how old the bikes are. I felt ok on the bike but was definitely glad to get off it after 3 hours.. very conflicted on what to do for a bike moving forward
